Vegan Cream of Chicken Soup WFPB

A great vegan soup for replacing cream of chicken soup in recipes.

Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 lb firm tofu
  • 2 tsp Better Than Bouillon No Chicken Base
  • tsp onion powder (optional)
  • tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup unsweetened plant milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Process on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • If using soup to eat (not for casserole recipes) add additional plant milk to desired consistency.
  • Soy curls soaked in no chicken base water can be added to simulate pieces of chicken in the soup
